Product Description How to Use

Before starting, please place the TENS unit massager on your skin. Gradually increase the intensity of the output and wait for approximately 10 seconds if no pulse is detected. (Different individuals may have varying levels of sensitivity).

1. Press the ON button to turn on the device, the first blue light will illuminate.
2. Press the ON button again for the first light to flash, initiating the pulse massage.
3. Use the INC button to raise the TENS level, and the DEC button to lower it.
4. Press the PROGRAM button to select the mode, and press the OFF button to switch off the device.

ATTENTION

Excessive hair on the skin may hinder the pulse effect. Ensure to turn off the device before touching the pads. This product is not suitable for pregnant individuals, heart patients, those with metal implants, individuals with deep vein thrombosis (DVT), severe hypertension, damaged or hypersensitive skin, or vital areas such as carotid sinus nerves, chest, or the brain.
